<description><![CDATA[<img alt="Pernille2" src="/system/assets/0011/4428/Pernille2.jpg?1337242112" /><p>Det er os en stor forn&oslash;jelse at lade jer vide, at vi har f&aring;et endnu en mobility tr&aelig;ner til vores team af dygtige yoga instrukt&oslash;rer.<br /><br />Pernilles hjerte banker for Yoga. Den dynamiske form for Yoga, der er udfordrende, svedig og sjov p&aring; samme tid. Hun <img style="float: right; margin: 10px;" src="http://crossfitcopenhagen.dk/system/assets/0011/4424/Pernille1.jpg" alt="" width="171" height="171" />er uddannet Vinyasa Flow Instrukt&oslash;r og har flere workshops i baggagen, der b&aring;de har best&aring;et af AcroYoga, Backbends, Inversions, mm. Pernilles timer er p&aring; en gang h&aring;rde og udfordrende, men hun er ogs&aring; meget bevidst om kroppens holdning og alignment. Derfor g&oslash;r hun en dyd ud af at komme ud blandt sine elever, rette, justere og kommandere.&nbsp; Pernille g&aring;r gerne i dybden med udfordrende armstillinger, og hun foretr&aelig;kker ofte at se verden p&aring; hovedet!<br /><br />Pernille kommer til at undervise b&aring;de i Kirken og i Centralen p&aring; f&oslash;lgende tidspunkter:<br /><br />Hver <strong>torsdag </strong>i <strong>Kirken </strong>(1. th) kl. <strong>7:30 - 8:30 og 9:30</strong> fra d. 7. juni 2012</p>

Og der var fint bes&oslash;g fra New York, da de to erfarne odw'ere, Kristina og Mark, slog et smut forbi. Sammen med de 68 andre fik de en nem, bette wod.<br /><br />Udf&oslash;r fire og fire sammen:<br /><br />- l&oslash;b 850 meter<br />- 120 burpees<br />- 160 push ups<br />- 200 atomic sit ups<br />- 240 air squats<br />- l&oslash;b 850 meter<br /><br />Alle fire skal l&oslash;be 850 meter, f&oslash;r &oslash;velserne kan p&aring;begyndes.<br />Alle i gruppen m&aring; arbejde.<br />En &oslash;velse skal f&aelig;rdigg&oslash;res, f&oslash;r den n&aelig;ste kan p&aring;begyndes.<br />Tid: N&aring;r sidste person i gruppen er i m&aring;l.</p>
<p>1. bonus-wod: Frikadellen</p>
<p>2. bunus-wod: spurt-burpees-stafet</p>
